CoolRock Software is an independent software development company, specialising in email archiving and management software products. CoolRock Software was founded in November 2004 and now has customers and partners in North America and Australia.
CoolRock Software provides corporate and government sector markets with a suite of enterprise software products for email archiving and management. This suite is called TEAL for the Transparent Email Archiving Library.

Henry Okraglik, Director
A co-founder of CoolRock Software, Henry joined HotMagna in 2004 as Managing Director and was responsible for business development, sales & marketing, financial management and staff development. Henry oversaw the growth of the HotMagna IT services business to a company of 20 staff with revenues of $3 million.
Henry has over 20 years of management experience initially in the design and construction industry and more recently with the IT sector. Henry has held numerous senior management roles including Associate Director - Applied Research & Consulting at RMIT, General Manager and Vice President Research & Development for Zoom Systems/Imaging Technologies and Business Development Manager for Aspect Computing/KAZ Technology Services where he took responsibility for major accounts such as Telstra, Sun Microsystems and Tattersalls. During this time Henry also undertook the role Acting CIO Mayne Nickless Limited.
Daryl Joyce, Director
Daryl is one of Australia's best regarded TMT executives, whose industry record speaks for itself, he has been responsible for over $3 billion in sales in the Australian and Regional telecommunications sector. Daryl is currently a director of MAP Venture Partners (Holdings) Pty Limited and Ericsson Australia Pty Limited in addition to CoolRock Software.
Daryl has spent the last 15 years managing major accounts and developing new business for Ericsson (in Australia & abroad), during which time he has held a number of senior executive roles in Ericsson, including: Director of Business Development (2001 - 2002); Director of Marketing (1999 - 2001); Director of 3G (1998 - 1999 ); Director of Telstra Sales & Marketing (1996 - 1998); Director of Mobile Networks (1995 - 1996); Marketing & Sales Manager Mobile Networks (1992-1 995); and Director of Information Systems & Technology (1986 - 1992). Daryl was also the responsible Ericsson executive for the Ericsson-Deutsche Technology Fund during 2001/2002, a $60 million fund, established in 2000.
Richard Bone, Chief Executive Officer
Appointed as CoolRock's CEO in 2007, Richard brings a wealth of experience at developing techology companies and practices around the globe, with 15+ years experience in the software and IT industry. He has held a variety of roles, from General Manager of Neiche Software in New Zealand to Director of Oracle Solutions for KPMG, Asia Pacific. Richard is an Associate Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management.
