Key Competencies Required:
- Strong development skills using the Java SDK (J2EE desirable)
- Any additional Microsoft .Net skills are beneficial
- Solid background in object oriented software development
- In-depth understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with Open Source technologies
- Experience with performance analysis and tuning techniques
- Professional and practical approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential!
